Long Length Steel Pipes delivered for Neste Project in Singapore.
Project Info
Mlion Corporation successfully delivered Long Length Steel Pipes for its customer China Harbour Engineering Corporation Pte Ltd in Singapore. The project was part of Neste Expansion in Singapore and construction of Jetty C.
Due to the tight timeline provided, we managed to deliver 2200 tons of pipes varying in sizes of OD 700mm, 900mm and 1000mm inclusive of coating in full length to site. Testing was done together with owner and customer representatives witnessing in our factory in China to ensure stringent quality of the piles was ensured. Additional test samples and weld samples were also sent to Singapore for further testing for owner’s requirements.
Mlion also coordinated the logistics to allow for direct discharging onto the client barge in Singapore as well as facilitating the arrangements during Covid-19 situation. All pipes were delivered and completed by May 2020.
